Per la precisione sono 2.770.000 i proprietari di case che sono intenzionati a sfruttare gli incentivi fiscali per ristrutturare casa e per renderla più efficiente dal punto di vista energetico.
Questa è la cifra che rivela l'analisi svolta da Confartigianato sull’utilizzo degli incentivi fiscali per le ristrutturazioni edili e il risparmio energetico.

Negli anni passati le detrazioni più richieste sono state quelle per gli interventi di recupero del patrimonio edilizio, l'81,4% delle detrazioni IRPEF,
il restante 18,6% riguarda gli interventi di efficientamento energetico, che secondo lo studio è in costante crescita.

Lo studio mostra che da quando sono stati istituiti ad oggi, gli incentivi hanno permesso un risparmio di energia di 12.886 Gwh.
Il 49,2% del risparmio è derivato dalla migliore coibentazione dei muri esterni e dalla sostituzione di infissi, il 39,8% da impianti di riscaldamento più efficienti.

In definitiva l'analisi statistica ci dice che:
3 milioni di persone vogliono vivere meglio, in case più comode, meno energivore, più luminose, in definitiva più confortevoli.

Quali sono gli interventi per una casa più bella da vivere?

Gli spazi

Uno spazio ben progettato può cambiare radicalmente il modo di vivere la casa, renderla più comoda e luminosa.
La divisione fra zona giorno e zona notte garantisce maggiore privacy, mentre corridoi e spazi di passaggio ridotti in favore di una distribuzione migliore delle stanze garantisce ambienti più grandi e più luminosi

Gli impianti

Come architetti visitiamo moltissime case, quelle realizzate negli anni '60 e '70 sono generalmente più grandi e posizionate in maniera migliore delle case più recenti, però hanno impianti assolutamente insufficienti rispetto alle richieste moderne, dove è più evidente è nell'impianto elettrico, di solito troviamo 50-60 fra prese e interruttori, mentre nei nostri progetti un'appartamento di media grandezza ne ha non meno di 100-150 e poi tutti ormai vogliamo piccole comodità come la presa usb per ricaricare il tablet accanto al divano o il termostato domotico.
Il riscaldamento a pavimento, uno degli impianti più desiderati in assoluto, garantisce un grande livello di benessere.

3 million refurbished homes next year

There are 2.77 million homeowners who are willing to take advantage of the tax incentives to renovate the house and make it more energy efficient.
This is the analysis carried out by Confartigianato on the use of tax incentives for building renovation and energy saving.

Over the years, the most demanding deductions were those for building restoration work, 81.4% of IRPEF deductions, the remaining 18.6% relates to energy efficiency interventions, which according to the study are constantly growing.

The study shows that since they were set up, the incentives allowed a saving of 12,886 GWh.
49.2% of savings result from better insulation of external walls and replacement of fixtures,
39.8% from more efficient heating systems.
